I love football and I love classic football magazines. Today is hard to find a dedicated place for the most skillfull players in the game that shines light on their skills and their story. Everyone is focused on metrics, tactics, and stats, but there are not many focusing on the joy of the game and on players play the game in a different way.
solution
My passion for football and magazines drove me to design a conceptual visual identity that merged the 2. I grabbed a lot of inspiration from Brazil, their culture, their music, and their way of playing the game.
The name "Finta" derives from a player doing a skill move (a fake or a faint) to dribble past the opponent. Doing skill moves and playing in a flamboyant way is a huge part of of the game in South America. The South American fan cares about enjoying football and make it entertaining, to the point of making it a party and playing almost as if dancing. Winning is just the icing on the cake.

This visual identity is about fun, movement, and personality. This is why you see the vibrant colours, the expressive typography, and the logo inspired by the joy of the beautiful game as it should be played, with imagination, with magic, with a smile.
